INGREDIENTS

6 cups basic freshly popped pocorn

1 sec Cooking Spray, Olive Oil

2 cloves Garlic Clove

1 tsp Thyme, Fresh

1 tsp Cajun Seasoning

1/4 tsp Sea Salt, Coarse, Mediterranean
DIRECTIONS

Immediately spritz freshly popped popcorn with cooking spray. Drizzle with the honey and toss to combine. Add the garlic, thyme, Cajun seasoning, and salt and toss to evenly combine.

Replace over medium heat and cook while stirring to crisp the popcorn, about 3 minutes.

Serve while warm.

Hint: Use air-popped popcorn if prefer a lower calorie option.
