INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1/2 celery stalk(s)
  • 1/2 carrot(s)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 high-fiber crackers

DIRECTIONS

1 Mix capers, celery, and carrots into cottage cheese.
2 Spread over crackers.
