The key is to use fresh, high-quality ingredients which include tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 6 cherry tomato(s)
  • 6 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 6 balls Ciliegine Whole Milk Fresh Mozzarella

DIRECTIONS

1 Insert the cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, and ciliegine mozzarella (cherry tomato-sized mozzarella balls) onto 2 (8-inch) bamboo skewers.
2 Serve at room temperature.
