INGREDIENTS

1 Whole Grain Sandwich Roll

6 leaf fresh basil leaves

1/4 medium raw Heirloom Tomato

1 pinch sea salt
-
1/2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
-
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
-
2 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
DIRECTIONS

On the bottom portion of the roll, arrange 3 of the basil leaves. Top with the tomato, salt, olive oil, vinegar, cheese, the remaining 3 basil leaves, and the roll top.

(Hint: Make at night; enjoy in the morning. For best results, insert the basil leaves in the morning. To take it to go, wrap in parchment paper then foil. Chill if not eating within 2 hours.)
