1 lb Whole Carrots

2 tsp olive oil

2 tsp tamari sauce (gluten-free)

1 tsp sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS

Prepare the carrots into noodles by using a mandolin, julienne slicer or vegetable slicer.

In a sauté pan heat the olive oil. Toss the carrot noodles in the olive oil for about 1 minute. Turn up the heat and add in the tamari. Cook, while stirring for a few minutes more or until the carrots become tender.
