Cauliflower not only brings healthful vitamin benefits, but its blended texture creates a creamy, delectable sauce perfect to top on any pasta. The nutritional yeast and onion powder added will enhance the flavor and health benefits of this vegan sauce.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 8

  • 2 1/2 cups Cauliflower Florets
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk, Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Broth, Organic, Vegetable
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

DIRECTIONS

1 Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add cauliflower and cover.
2 Steam until tender for 5-10 minutes. Let the cauliflower cool.
3 Transfer cooled cauliflower into a blender. Add ingredients and blend on high until sauce is smooth.
4 Depending on the thickness of the salt, you can add more broth, milk or water.
