2 1/2 cups Cauliflower Florets

1/2 cup Almond Milk, Vanilla

1/2 cup Broth, Organic, Vegetable

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1 tbsp Onion Powder

DIRECTIONS

Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add cauliflower and cover.

Steam until tender for 5-10 minutes. Let the cauliflower cool.

Transfer cooled cauliflower into a blender. Add ingredients and blend on high until sauce is smooth.

Depending on the thickness of the salt, you can add more broth, milk or water.
