Who says chips have to be made from potatoes and fried with loads of oil and salt?
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 3

1 Cauliflower (raw), Medium Head

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

2 tsp salt and pepper

1 tsp Garlic Powder
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Chop cauliflower into florets and from here, slices into thin slices, less than 1/4-inch thick.

Add cauliflower in a bowl and coat with olive oil. Toss with salt, pepper, garlic and any other spices you'd like to add. Continue to toss until well coated.

Place tin foil on a pan and place cauliflower on tin foil, spreading out to reduce overlapping.

Bake in oven for 45 min - 1 hour or until golden brown/crispy like a chip.
