Cauliflower Pizza Crust

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4

  • 1 Cauliflower (raw), Medium Head
  • 1 cup Shredded Asiago Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parsley
  • 2 egg
  • 1 cloves Garlic, Raw
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 Take one head of cauliflower (remove stems) and break apart into smaller segments.
2 Spread cauliflower onto oven safe pan and roast at 375 degrees for around 45mins or until soft and slightly singed.
3 Remove let cool then grate head of cauliflower in food processor; pulse until cauliflower is finely shredded.
4 Place in mixing bowl and stir in 1 cup finely grated Asiago cheese, 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 2 eggs, 1 clove minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
5 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat.
6 Pour mixture onto the prepared baking sheet; press and shape into a pizza crust.
7 Bake in the oven at 475 degrees until lightly browned. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
