Chai spices pair perfectly with sweet potato’s natural sugars, and a drizzle of manuka honey adds complexity to the dish. This recipe is proof that simplicity can still be delicious!
INGREDIENTS

1 sweetpotato , raw sweet potato

1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

1/4 tsp Spices, cardamom

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Ground Ginger

1/4 tsp Allspice, Ground

1 tbsp Manuka Honey
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Use a fork to pierce the sweet potato 6 to 7 times. Bake on a baking sheet for 45 to 60 minutes, or until the flesh is tender.

Mix the spices in a small bowl (or spice shaker) and set side.

Once the sweet potato is finished, slice lengthwise and sprinkle the spice mixture over the flesh. Top with the honey and serve immediately.
