This non-dairy recipe will produce a delicious, fluffy whipped topping for a bowl of fruit simply from coconut cream in your pantry.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 8

  • 1 cup Coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp granulated (white) sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

1 In a large bowl, use a large whisk to whip coconut cream by hand for several minutes until lightly fluffy with soft peaks.
2 If desired, sweeten for taste with sugar or vanilla.
3 Serve immediately with fresh fruit, pie or any dessert.
