Chia seeds have some of the same benefits of flax seed, another popular smoothie ingredient.
INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup Coconut Water, No Pulp

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp nut butter
-
1 tsp Cinnamon Ground
-
2 tbsp Unsweetend Coconut Flakes
-
2 California Pitted Dates
DIRECTIONS

Warm coconut water in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Add chia seeds to saucepan. Stir chia seeds every few minutes. Continue for about 20 minutes. Set aside and refrigerate until cooled.

Combine almond milk, nut butter of your choice, cinnamon, coconut flakes and dates in a blender and blend until completely smooth.

Combine in a glass and stir in chia mixture.
