INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 1 3/4 cups Mango Cubes
  • 1 cup 0% Fat Plain, Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Chia Seed, Organic Superfood, White
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom

DIRECTIONS

1 Add frozen mango cubes, yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, lemon juice, and ground cardamom to a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
2 Pour into chilled glasses. Sprinkle with additional cardamom, if desired, and serve.
