Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

These high-fat, low-carb "fat bombs" are a great way for those following the Keto diet to have their cookie dough and eat it, too. The date, almond, coconut, vanilla, and cinnamon flavors come together beautifully — there's no need for added sugar in these satisfying bites.



  • 4 , pitted medjool date
  • 1/2 cup Natural Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Nibs


1 Remove pits from dates and place in hot water for 10 minutes.
2 Place softened dates, almond butter, coconut oil, almond flour (or coconut flour), vanilla extract, cinnamon and almond milk in the food processor and blend until smooth.
3 Remove dough from food processor and roll about 2 tablespoons of dough into balls. Roll balls in the chocolate chips (you can also use cacao nibs or carob chips). Place balls in a single layer in an airtight container and refrigerate or freeze.
