Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

Fat bombs are a great way for those following the Keto diet to have their cookie dough and eat it, too. The dates, almond, coconut, vanilla and cinnamon flavors come together to create the perfect substitute to a naturally sugar-filled dessert.



  • 4 , pitted medjool date
  • 1/2 cup Natural Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips


1 Remove pits from dates and place in hot water for 10 minutes.
2 Place softened dates, almond butter, almond flour (or coconut flour), vanilla extract, cinnamon and almond milk in the food processor and blend until smooth.
3 Remove dough from food processor and roll about 2 tablespoons of dough into balls. Roll balls in the chocolate chips (you can also use cacao nibs or carob chips). Place balls in a single layer in an airtight container and refrigerate or freeze.
