Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding is made by combining nutritious chia seeds, whey protein powder, almond milk and a few spices overnight until it forms a rich, tapioca-like consistency. This simple yet indulgent pudding will satisfy your chocolate cravings while keeping your waist line in check. Top with your favorite fresh berries and enjoy for breakfast or dessert.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 3

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops Proto Whey Double Chocolate (New Power Crunch Formulation)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp Chia Seed
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries

DIRECTIONS

1 Place the first five ingredients (almond milk through vanilla) in a nutribullet or blender. Blend until combined. With a spoon, (don't use the blender for this step), stir in the chia seeds and immediately pour into cups or jars and refrigerate overnight (you want to make sure that you stir in the chia seeds vigorously so that they are evenly distributed before pouring into individual jars). Right before serving, stir well. Taste and adjust sweetness with an additional teaspoon of agave nectar if necessary. Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy!
