This is a seriously healthy alternative to regular frosting -- and just as creamy!
INGREDIENTS

15 oz Organic Sweet Potato Puree

10 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS

Warm sweet potato puree in a saucepan over low-medium heat.

Add chocolate and stir until well mixed, smooth and creamy.

Take off the heat and let cool for 20-30 minutes or until thickened.

Use frosting to ice cupcakes or cakes.
