Chocolately Chia Cookies

Both chia and cacao are functional super foods thanks to their high concentrations of certain beneficial nutrients.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 6

  • 3 scoop Plant Protein Powder
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 5 tbsp Cocoa Powder unweetened
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 6 tbsp Agave Nectar
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil

DIRECTIONS

1 In a small bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.
2 Next, add the agave and coconut oil and combine thoroughly.
3 Place cookies on greased (with coconut oil) cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
