Add a bit of spice and zest to traditional mango chunks by sprinkling on salt, cayenne pepper and lime juice. This flavorful, Mexican-inspired treat will leave your tastebuds refreshed and slightly tingly.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 cup Mango Chunks
  • 1/2 fruit lime
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 Cut the whole or pre-sliced mango into chunks, and put them into a bowl or plastic bag.
2 Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the mango chunks.
3 Sprinkle the mango with salt and cayenne pepper, to taste.
