This sweet and spicy cocktail from Tim Williams, Chief Mixologist and Owner of Pour Souls Cocktail Club, complements the season with its cinnamon notes.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 oz Bourbon
  • 1/4 oz Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Cider

DIRECTIONS

1 DIRECTIONS: In a saucepan combine 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 1/2 cups of water and 2 cinnamon sticks. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour 3 to 4 ounces of Vander Mill Totally Roasted cider into an ice-filled Collins glass. Add brown sugar syrup and bourbon to the cider, and stir lightly until all ingredients combine into a delicious and festive holiday drink.
