Clean Eating Paleo Meatloaf

You can add in unsweetened BBQ sauce and/or honey for extra flavor.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 6

  • 2 lb Grass-fed beef, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Sage, Fresh
  • 2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 tsp Pepper, Black
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 6 Raw Clove
  • 1 1/2 large Yellow Onion
  • 2 cups Red Cabbage
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Milk, Canned
  • 2/3 cup Almond meal
  • 2 Egg
  • 2 tsp chipotle chili powder

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 350F.
2 Combine sage, mustard, pepper, garlic powder, cloves, onion, cabbage, coconut milk, almond meal, egg and chili powder in a large bowl and mix. Leave ground burger aside.
3 Once mixed, add ground beef and combine well.
4 Place raw beef mixture into a non-greased loaf pan and baked uncovered, for 75-80 minutes until fully cooked.
