Mix up a spring brunch cocktail that will leave you feeling full and satisfied. Recipe courtesy of Nathalie Chantal de Ahna, an orthomolecular nutritionist based in the Netherlands.
INGREDIENTS

1 cup 100% Coconut Water

1 tbsp Chia Seeds
-
1/2 medium Lime
-
1/4 cup 100% Orange Juice

2 oz Rum
DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine coconut water, chia seeds, orange juice and rum.

Juice half of a lime and add to blender.

Add ice and blend on until desired thickness.

As an alternative to rum, you can also add vodka.
