Mix up a spring brunch cocktail that will leave you feeling full and satisfied. Recipe courtesy of Nathalie Chantal de Ahna, an orthomolecular nutritionist based in the Netherlands.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 cup 100% Coconut Water
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 medium Lime
  • 1/4 cup 100% Orange Juice
  • 2 oz Rum

DIRECTIONS

1 In a blender, combine coconut water, chia seeds, orange juice and rum.
2 Juice half of a lime and add to blender.
3 Add ice and blend on until desired thickness.
4 As an alternative to rum, you can also add vodka.
