Fill celery sticks with a cottage cheese protein snack.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 celery stalk(s)
  • 1 dash ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 Cut celery into two sticks.
2 Spread cottage cheese inside of celery sticks. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
