INGREDIENTS

5 kale leaves

1 garlic clove

2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 dash salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Combine the kale, garlic, and oil in a small bowl, tossing to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to baking sheet. Kale does not need to be in a single layer.

Bake 15-17 minutes or until the kale is crisp and edges are browned. Toss the kale halfway through cooking time.
