Crunchy Pecan and Cherry Salad

Celery chunks offer a nonfat, low-calorie option if you?re watching the scale this season.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 3/4 cup Celery
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Cherries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Peas
  • 3 tbsp Parsley, Raw Fresh
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Pecans
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Low Fat Mayo
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Low Fat Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

DIRECTIONS

1 In a bowl combine chopped celery, cherries, peas (thawed), chopped pecans, mayo, yogurt and lemon juice.
2 Mix and combine well.
3 You can top with salt and pepper to taste.
4 TIP: You can swap out mayo for yogurt.
5 Enjoy!
