Full of aromatic spices, curry powder adds instant depth of flavor and a beautiful color to hummus.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 5

  • 15 oz canned chickpeas
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Mild Curry Powder
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
  • 1 pinch Salt

DIRECTIONS

1 Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
2 Juice lemon.
3 Combine the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
4 Adjust salt as needed.
5 Serve with pita chips, vegetables or use as a spread.
