INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4

  • 1 Hass Avocados
  • 1/4 cup Raspberry Fruit Spread
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS

1 Halve, peel and pit the avocado. Add the avocado halves, fruit spread (with no added sugar), and cocoa powder to a food processor.
2 Cover and puree until fluffy and velvety smooth. Adjust amount of fruit spread or cocoa powder to taste, if desired.
3 Transfer the “mousse” to juice glasses or small dessert dishes. Chill in the refrigerator, then serve. (Optional garnish: fresh raspberries.)
