INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 4 prunes California Dried Plums
  • 2 tsp Ginger Root
  • 1 cup Rice Milk Original
  • 1/3 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
2 Enjoy!
3 * Ginger root should be about 1/2-inch
4 ** You can choose any type of milk or milk alternative to use in place of rice.
5 *** You can use pomegranate juice (1/2 cup) in place of seeds (optional).
