Made with dried plums, ginger, quinoa and rice milk, this smoothie recipe that’s for good digestion is ready in just 10 minutes. Bonus: It's also vegan.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 4 prunes California Dried Plums
  • 2 tsp Ginger Root
  • 1 cup Rice Milk, Original
  • 1/3 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. (Note: if you can't find pomegranate seeds, you can place with 1/2 cup pomegranate juice).
