Double Protein Steak Salad

Lean steak is a flavorful source of protein in this vitamin-packed salad.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 8 oz lean steak
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 medium red onion
  • 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

DIRECTIONS

1 Using cooking spray, cook steak in a non-stick pan over medium heat until browned and cooked to preferred doneness, about 5-8 minutes on each side. Slice steak.
2 Add remaining ingredients to bowl and top with steak.
3 Toss with olive oil and vinegar.
