INGREDIENTS

8 oz lean steak

2 cups baby spinach

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

1/3 medium red onion

2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 tsp balsamic vinegar
DIRECTIONS

Using cooking spray, cook steak in a non-stick pan over medium heat until browned and cooked to preferred doneness, about 5-8 minutes on each side. Slice steak.

Add remaining ingredients to bowl and top with steak.
