This easy-to-make smoothie bowl recipe features a unique main ingredient: the beautiful dragon fruit. It's high in antioxidants, which can guard against free-radical damage. The mildly sweet fruit is also rich in digestion-aiding fiber. Enjoy the bowl as an energy-boosting breakfast.
INGREDIENTS

2 tropical Dragon Fruit

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 medium banana

1 tbsp Coconut Flakes

1 scoop Plant Protein Powder

1 tsp Bee Pollen

1 tsp Maca Powder

1 cup Coconut Milk
DIRECTIONS

Using a paring knife, cut the dragon fruit in half, and then peel off the outer layers with your hands. Discard the outer layers.

Place the cut fruit in the bowl of a food processor.

Add the raspberries, bananas, shredded coconut, protein powder, bee pollen, maca and coconut milk to the food processor.

Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
