Using endive leaves as a "wrap" keeps this snack lower in calories and will satisfy crunchy cravings.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 head endive
  • 2 canned hearts of palm spears
  • 9 half walnut halves
  • 2 sweet pickles

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine walnuts and sweet pickle.
2 Separate endive leaves.
3 Fill endive with mixture.
