Energy drinks bring the energy but they typically bring the sugar too. Recipe courtesy of Cynthia Sass, RD. This option will cut lots of calories and sugar but still give you a healthy dose of caffeine!

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 4 oz Mineral Water, Sparkling Natural
  • 4 oz iced green tea
  • 2 oz Woderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine the sparkling water, iced green tea (unsweetened), pomegranate juice and cayenne pepper in a glass. Stir together and mix well.
