Fall Pumpkin Smoothie

Tasty and healthy pumpkin smoothie.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Banana-medium
  • 1 cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg, Freshly Ground
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS

1 NOTE: USE A FROZEN BANANA FOR BEST RESULTS
2 In a blender combine almond milk, banana, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, protein powder and ice. Start blending on low speed and once mixed, turn speed to high and blend until smooth. Adjust thickness if desired by adding more ice or almond milk.
