Frappuccino Yogurt Shake

This delightful, carb-friendlier alternative to the coffee house version includes grass-fed whole milk Greek yogurt for a healthy dose of protein and probiotics.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream, Organic
  • 3 packet Stevia Sweetener
  • 1/4 cup Hot Water
  • 2 tsp Instant Espresso Powder
  • 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt, Whole Milk, Plain
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

1 In a chilled bowl, blend the heavy cream using an electric mixer with whisk attachment until whipped cream forms. Add 1/2 packet of the stevia (or other naturally-derived sweetener) and blend until combined, about 5 seconds more. Set aside.
2 In a heatproof liquid measuring cup or bowl, stir together the hot water and espresso powder until coffee forms.
3 Add the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and remaining 2 1/2 packets of the stevia (or other naturally-derived sweetener) and stir until a thick shake forms. (Hint: If prefer a thinner Shake, add cold water by the teaspoon).
4 Pour into a chilled glass, top with the whipped cream, and serve.
