Fresh Tilapia with Lemon

A light fish dish brightened up with fresh lemon. Tilapia is a lean protein.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 6 oz tilapia
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat broiler. Season the fish with salt, pepper, lemon juice and paprika.
2 Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 8 to 12 minutes, until done.
3 If you prefer to bake fish, bake at 375-475F for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on thickness.
