oz package spring mix salad greens

/2 pound medium shrimp, cooked, cleaned and peeled

cup canned mandarin oranges, drained

ripe medium avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced

cup sliced fresh strawberries

red seedless grapes, halved

/4 cup finely chopped Vidalia onion

tablespoons of bottled balsamic vinaigrette

Directions:

On each of 4 plates, arrange a small bed ofchilled salad greens, shrimp, orange segments, avocado, strawberries, grapes, and onion. Drizzle each with 2 tablespoons of vinaigrette and serve chilled.
