1 large Fuji Apples

1/3 cup Chocolate Morsels, Semi-Sweet

2 tsp cold water

2 tbsp Sliced Almonds, Toasted

1/4 tsp flaked sea salt
DIRECTIONS

Core the large Fuji (or other red) apple. Cut the apple into 12 wedges. Arrange onto a platter or individual plates.

Bring a small saucepan with about an inch of water to a simmer. Create a double boiler by placing a heatproof bowl over the saucepan (the bowl shouldn’t touch the water). Add the chocolate chips and 2 teaspoons cold water to the bowl and melt, stirring a couple times.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the apple wedges. Sprinkle with the almonds and flaked or coarse sea salt (such as fleur de sel).
