Garlic Roasted Cauliflower

Garlic can add sumptuous flavor and health benefits to cauliflower dishes.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 6

  • 1 Cauliflower (medium)
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2 Chop cauliflower into florets removing leaves and thick, green center stem.
3 In a sealed bag, combine cauliflower, garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper until all pieces are well coated.
4 Roast in a pan for about 60 minutes or until tender.
5 TIP: You can top with parsley or any herb/seasoning of your choice.
