Garlic can add sumptuous flavor and health benefits to cauliflower dishes.
INGREDIENTS

1 Cauliflower (medium)

2 garlic clove

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 dash salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Chop cauliflower into florets removing leaves and thick, green center stem.

In a sealed bag, combine cauliflower, garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper until all pieces are well coated.

Roast in a pan for about 60 minutes or until tender.

TIP: You can top with parsley or any herb/seasoning of your choice.
