The cup and a half of berries will keep your skin glowing and your mind strong. The ginger will help fight inflammation and keeps your digestion on point.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 1/2 cups Mixed Berries (frozen)
  • 1 cup Water (filtered Tap Water)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Fresh Ginger Root
  • 1 cup Spinach, Baby (Giant)

DIRECTIONS

1 In a blender, combine mixed berries, water, chia seeds, fresh ginger root and baby spinach blend until smooth.
2 Add more water until desired consistency achieved.
