Goat Cheese and Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 8

  • 1 lb Soft Goat Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 Garlic Clove
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Chives
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper, Black
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

DIRECTIONS

1 Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.
2 Transfer mixture to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and place in fridge.
3 Allow to cool in refrigerator until ready to serve, up to 2 days in advance.
