INGREDIENTS

1 lb Soft Goat Cheese

1/2 cup Artichoke Hearts, Quartered

2 Garlic Clove

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

2 tbsp Chives
-
1 tsp Salt
-
1 tsp Pepper, Black

1 tsp dried oregano
DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.

Transfer mixture to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and place in fridge.

Allow to cool in refrigerator until ready to serve, up to 2 days in advance.
