Goat Cheese Stuffed Figs

For a sophisticated snack, this simple recipe is a winner.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 3 fresh figs
  • 3 tbsp Soft Goat Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar

DIRECTIONS

1 Remove the stems from the figs and halve them lengthwise.
2 Roll the goat cheese into 6 balls. Place a ball onto the cut side of each fig half, pressing firmly to adhere.
3 Insert a toothpick into each and serve with balsamic vinegar for dipping.
