Granola and Red Grapefruit Brulee

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1/2 medium Sweet Scarletts Texas Red Grapefruit
  • 1 1/2 tsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt, Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Natural Granola

DIRECTIONS

1 Slightly loosen the grapefruit segments using a paring knife; remove seeds. Sprinkle with the sugar and salt. Broil until lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
2 Top with the yogurt and granola and serve.
3 (Hint: To take it to go, place in a round container with a lid. Pack a spoon, too. Chill if not eating within 2 hours.)
