Greek Yogurt with Nuts and Berries

Greek yogurt varies from other yogurt in that most of the whey and lactose has been removed, resulting in a thicker, higher-protein variety.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 15 raspberries Raspberry
  • 15 nut Pistachio (single)

DIRECTIONS

1 Add yogurt to a small bowl.
2 Top yogurt with berries and pistachios.
3 TIP: You can use any fruit of your choice (apples, blueberries, melon) and any nut of your choice (walnuts, almonds, etc.).
