INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 3/4 cup Almond milk vanilla
  • 1 cup Kale, Raw
  • 1 Banana-medium
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Mangos

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine almond milk, kale, banana and frozen mango in a blender.
2 Blend until desired thickness.
3 You can substitute spinach, celery or other greens for the kale.
4 The result is a scrumptious, creamy, fruity smoothie bursting with immune boosting vitamin C.
