INGREDIENTS

2 whole-grain bread slice(s)

1 tbsp natural peanut butter

1 tbsp Jam

2 second Coconut Oil Spray
DIRECTIONS

Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread and jam on the other.

Spray a small pan with coconut oil and warm over low heat.

Cook the sandwich on both sides until perfectly golden brown. Enjoy immediately.
