INGREDIENTS
SERVES 1

1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt

2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

3/4 cup Grilled Squash, Peppers And Asparagus

1 slice Lemon wedge (small)
DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil and salt. Transfer to a jar or serving bowl.

Top with grilled vegetables of choice. (Hint: Use leftovers! Try grilled bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes and/or zucchini).

Serve with lemon wedge.
