Harley first created this recipe on the set of Revolution, a get-fit TV show he co-hosted last spring on ABC. He was recipe testing, ensuring each smoothie had the optimum macro-nutrients and flavor.
The Canadian native says that the recipe truly reminds him of home.

1 medium Apple, Raw

1/2 cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt

3/4 cup Fat-free Milk

3/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon

**The banana is frozen for this recipe. Best thing to do is to prep the banana before hand. Peel and chop the banana. Place the chunks into a storage container, 1 layer not touching each other. Freeze.

In a blender or food processor, blend the almonds until finely ground. (If your blender isn't powerful enough to grind almonds, you can buy chopped almonds or even almond meal.)

Core, and chop the apple.

Add the apple, banana, yogurt, milk, and cinnamon.

Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
