Healthier Gluten-Free Meatloaf

An easy recipe for Gluten-Free Meatloaf that tastes delicious!

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 8

  • 2 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 Large Egg
  • 1 cup gluten-free crackers
  • 1 medium White Onion
  • 1 cup Organic Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Organic Ketchup

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat oven to 400° F / 204° C
2 Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to thoroughly blend the mixture. I like to use disposable gloves for this job! Add a small amount of milk or water if necessary to make the mixture moist.
3 Use a large spatula to turn the meat mixture into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Press down and smooth the top.
4 Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes and carefully remove pan and pour off excess fat. Spread ketchup over the top of loaf, return to oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Again, carefully pour off excess fat and serve warm.
