Healthy Cashew Milk

This is so tasty you?ll think you?re eating something bad for you rather than a great source of protein and potassium. Makes 16 ounces.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 4

  • 2/3 cup Raw Cashews
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tsp Raw Pure-organic Agave Nectar
  • 2 Banana-medium
  • 2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Celtic Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 36 hours.
2 *NOTE ABOUT CASHEWS:
3 /3 cup raw cashew nuts, soaked in water for 4 hours, then drained
