Healthy Deviled Egg

Deviled eggs don't have to be on the forbidden foods list anymore.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp fresh chives
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 1 pinch paprika

DIRECTIONS

1 Place egg into water. Bring to a boil over stovetop, then immediately turn off the heat. Cover the pot and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
2 Cut egg in half. Separate yolk from egg.
3 Mix yolk, yogurt, chives and lemon juice together.
4 Place mixture back into center of egg. Sprinkle paprika to taste.
