Dijon Salmon Dinner

Salmon is packed with flavor and omega-3's. You can use soy sauce in place of tamari if you are not avoiding gluten.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 4 oz salmon
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp tamari sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

1 Place fish in a shallow baking dish.
2 Spread Dijon over fish and then pour lemon juice and tamari or soy sauce on top.
3 Add salt and pepper to taste.
4 Let marinate for 10 minutes.
5 Broil for 5-6 minutes each side.
