Healthy Fruit & Yogurt Smoothie

Tasty, sweet smoothie that is a healthy addition to your diet.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • 1 cup Yogurt, Greek-Style, Plain
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries
  • 1 tbsp honey

DIRECTIONS

1 In a blender, combine 1 cup of skim or regular milk, 8 oz low-fat plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup fresh or frozen berries and 1 tablespoon honey. Blend until desired consistency. Add ice cubes, if needed.
2 Enjoy with fresh berries or frozen.
3 Try low-fat Greek yogurt for less calories.
